Required Copyright Notice Information

3. The exact Novel Daira URL for each item you want reviewed. General homepage links are not sufficient.
4. Your mailing address, telephone number and working email address.

What Happens After a Notice

• We check whether the notice identifies specific content and contains the required information.
• We may temporarily restrict or remove the identified material during review.
• We may contact the notice sender, source provider or affected party for clarification.
• Where appropriate, access will remain restricted or the content will be removed.
• Incomplete notices may be returned for additional information.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact the same email address with the removed URL, your contact details, an explanation of your rights basis, the legally required statements and your signature. Counter-notices may be shared with the original claimant or relevant service provider.
